## Substantive Change Guidelines

Use the following guidelines to determine if a substantive change submission is required for a change in your program/governing organization.

Templates are listed by substantive change type. Templates may not address all substantive changes that the ACEN will review in the interim between a nursing program’s reaccreditation cycles.

## Non-Substantive Changes

Report changes that are not considered substantive, but are necessary updates for ACEN records.
