## Annual Job Placement Rate

*Percentage of graduates, typically within one (1) year of graduation, who are employed in a position for which a nursing program prepared them.*

 

This question is asking for three (3) numbers:

1. The total number of graduates during the reporting period.

2. The number of those graduates who responded to contact attempts.

3. The number of those graduates who responded to contact attempts who reported    employment in a role for which the program prepared them.

  PLEASE NOTE: for “The number of those graduates who responded to contact attempts who reported employment in a role for which the program prepared them” do not enter a percentage. Please provide the ACTUAL NUMBER.

For example:

The total number of graduates during the reporting period: 100

The number of those graduates who responded to contact attempts: 50

The number of those graduates who responded to contact attempts who reported employment in a roll for which the program prepared them: 45

The above responses will be used to calculate the Job Placement rate. Which, in this example, would be 90% (45 / 50).

It would be incorrect to input 90 into the field for the 3rd question as that number should NOT EXCEED the number of graduates who responded to contact attempts

## Expected Level of Achievement (ELA) for Job Placement

*A measurable index identified by the faculty that reflects a desired outcome. An ELA should be high enough as to be genuine and encourage continuous improvement but not so high as to be idealistic and, thus, unachievable.*

Enter the program’s ELA as a percentage.

Then answer whether or not the job placement rate for the reporting period was at or above the program’s ELA for job placement by marking either ”Yes” or “No.”
