### Description:
To make the accreditation process responsive to a broad range of constituents, the ACEN will receive written and oral third-party comments from the public concerning a program seeking initial accreditation or continuing accreditation. This sample is for illustration purposes only.

| **PUBLIC NOTICE OF UPCOMING ACCREDITATION REVIEW VISIT BY THE ACEN**
The [name of institution] wishes to announce that it will host a site visit for [initial]/ [continuing] accreditation of its [type of program] nursing program by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
You are invited to meet with the site visit team and share your comments about the program in person at a meeting scheduled at [time] on [day], [date], in [room location] of the [building] located at [street number, street, city, state].
Written comments are also welcome and should be submitted to the ACEN via email at [public-comments@acenursing.org](mailto:public-comments@acenursing.org) or to the ACEN office:
